Echohaus is the company and they are trying to promote this fixture to help with environmental concerns with wasting water. You are able to wash your hands in the sink, the water then travels into the toilet's tank and then you can flush! They state that water consumption is reduced by 40-70%! http://www.ecohaus.com/
